ATTICAD is an architectural design practice based in Norwich, Norfolk.  The practice offers quality, cost effective design services and a professional, flexible approach to our clients and their projects. Our service expands across Norfolk, Suffolk and London. 

 

We offer both architectural design services and historic building conservation advice.  We provide detailed site surveys and architectural drawings in support of planning permission, listed building consent and building regulation approval, including 3D modelling, so that our clients are able to fully understand their design schemes.

 

Our staff have a wealth of experience in the fields of architectural design, construction, planning and buildings conservation with over 20 years’ experience within both the public and private sector in Norfolk and in London.  Projects have included several successful planning & listed building consent applications for both residential and commercial schemes.

 

The practice founder has degrees in art and architecture, as well as master’s degrees in Historic Buildings Conservation.  Whilst we are passionate about historic buildings and their continued use and re-use, we are also passionate about high quality modern design. We endeavour to make houses new or old fit for purpose and have worked on many successful projects for residential new build, re-modelling and extensions to existing properties.  Our experience doesn’t stop there, we have had experience of larger scale commercial projects such as new roof top developments, hotel conversions, retail and leisure schemes.
